Where a subject chooses not to respond, declines to comment, or cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, Varadigara may proceed with publication and will note the absence of a response in the published article. 9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act 2000, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, the Copyright Act 1957, and applicable press and media regulations.
9.2 Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mangaluru, Karnataka, India.
